A little about Hal, he has trained in the gym  for over 20 years himself; therefore understands the physical and emotional benefits of keeping fit and active. Hal was a keen sports player throughout school and uni, with particular passion for rugby and swimming. He has worked with numerous athletes across  range of different sports.

Hal is described by those who know him as laid back, a good listener and always up for a challenge.  Hal’s ideal way to spend time away from work is usually training, a long countryside walk with his camera, followed by a stop in the pub and a big bowl of cheesy pasta- its all about balance!
