Space is a Bristol based non-membership studio designed
exclusively for one-to-one fitness training, where you can have your
own personal trainer, pilates instructor or sports masseur dedicated to
your own specific needs.
Our well equipped, spacious studio
provides an environment that is friendly and non-intimidating, and
where you can enjoy your own Personal Space.
Our team pride themselves on the level
of expertise they have to offer, with all of our trainers having at
least fifteen years experience in the health and fitness industry. They
are committed to continuing their knowledge and development, ensuring
that you will receive the most up to date guidance and support.
All of our trainers think of the client
in a holistic way, the whole person, not just an exercising body. We
recognise that each individual is unique and therefore has unique
needs. We look at issues other than exercise, that impact on a person's
wellness, including diet, lifestyle, daily physical activity and stress
levels; all this allowing us to formulate a programme of exercise
tailored specifically to you.
