Having played lifelong sports, Keely decided to venture into the fitness industry based on her previous experiences as a short-distance runner, football and netball player.

She predominantly works with clients who have an interest in losing fat by adopting strength and resistance training regimes; and likes to help those with a goal to lose weight and build strength.

Her goal is to aid her clients in being able to feel confident enough to complement her sessions with their own training outside of classes. She does this by helping her clients create positive changes and habits that work around their lifestyle whilst prioritising their health and well-being.

She likes to create workouts that are enjoyable for her clients whilst also being able to push them to their highest potential to help them achieve their goals. Each programme is 100% personalised to each client, specifically designed to their goals.

Alongside personal training, Keely loves trying out new places to eat, walking and photography.
