Mae is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Specialising in Human Bio Mechanics, she is passionate about helping clients lead strong and healthy lives- whether through helping them reach their fitness goals, improving their mobility limitations or injury rehabilitation.

Over the last few years, she has completed her qualifications in personal training, Human Bio Mechanics Pilates and Level 3 pre/postnatal. She is also currently completing her Advanced bio mechanics course & exercise referral qualification.

Fitness has always been a big part of her life, from training in dance since the age of three where she learnt the power of movement and fitness from a young age. She began resistance training over 10 years ago and loves to try new things that challenge her!

Her passion for helping people was ignited when she sustained a skiing injury at the start of the pandemic. With no access to physiotherapy, she made it her mission to rehabilitate herself.
She deep-dived into human movement and how to apply this to aid her recovery. The journey made Mae realise how much she wanted to be able to help others in similar positions. She believes movement can benefit everyone; her goal as a personal trainer is to inspire and motivate individuals to connect with movement to improve their lives in all areas.

Due to Mae's extensive knowledge and experience, she is able to infuse a wide variety of disciplines and modalities including resistance training, pilates, mobility and biomechanics; adapting to the specific needs of the individual. Working with Mae there will be a focus on regaining mobility of joints and developing strength through resistance training.

Mae strives to provide clients with the knowledge and skills to feel confident and pain-free within training and everyday life. In a world that has over complicated fitness, she provides clients with a straightforward approach to help them build new and lasting healthy routines.
