Nicole studied Neuroscience (BSc) at The University of Bristol and Psychology (MSc) at UWE and has been a highly qualified Personal Trainer for over a decade. Nicole doesn’t currently take clients but she oversees the rest of the team, especially when it comes to those who work with clients who require specific training such as neurodivergencies and disabilities.

Between her experience working in high-end gyms in London, Kensington and Starks Fitness TQ in Bristol, and having a deep knowledge of the brain and the subsequent nervous system, Nicole brings a nuanced and detailed approach from a niche perspective that very few trainers can provide.

Through her love of dancing and general experience of life, she understands the demands of goal setting and the daily follow-through that is required. This has allowed her to previously guide her clients through difficult situations and the decisions they may require to reach their goals. She ensures that her team carries the same level of direction when it comes to them working with their own clients.

Nicole enjoys resistance training alongside her dancing and therefore incorporates a lot of the stuff she has learned as a ballet dancer into her programs. This has translated to her work, where she shows her vast arsenal of movements, where she can pick what is needed for each client, both from a physical and psychological perspective.

Between her good nature, infectious smile and extended experience in client relations, Nicole is a pleasure to work with. Both her individual sessions and long-term results have given her the reputation of a highly skilled and qualified mentor for the staff at Personal Space.
