Jo qualified with Origym as a Personal Trainer and is a strong advocate of everyone incorporating resistance training into their lifestyle and habits. Jo has a passion for coaching and working with people of all abilities and particularly those that are new to strength and resistance training. Her priority is that you achieve your goals and feel happier, stronger, more confident and accomplished in your training.

Jo is also a qualified Girls Gone Strong Pre and Post Natal Coach.

Jo helps her clients learn the key principles in both training and nutrition to help them better navigate what can be an overwhelming amount of information. These principles also enable her clients to apply this knowledge to their own lifestyles. She works with you to help you create positive changes and habits that allow you to live the life you want whilst prioritising your health and well-being. Jo’s philosophy is to make the client-trainer relationship feel like a team and the aim of that team is to get you where you want to be.

Jo centres her programmes around resistance training and muscle building which is associated with a huge range of health benefits including promoting a healthy body composition. Her approach is fun, motivational and 100% tailored to the client.

Jo has been resistance training for over 10 years, is a keen runner and has previously coached at a local club. She has also participated in triathlons and hopes to complete a half ironman. She is currently studying for a L4 certificate in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance and a L3 diploma in Exercise Referral.
