How can we help you?
:: Regular personal training - the bulk of our clients have once, twice or thrice weekly sessions, which are varied to suit their needs and how they are feeling. Having a personal trainer to motivate you is a key factor for many people. However, there is no obligation to commit to come regularly - see how it goes at the first session.
:: Home programmes - do you need an exercise routine to do at home? We can provide you with a balanced workout using little or no equipment, in as little as two sessions.
:: Outdoor exercise - the Downs are only 4 minutes walk away, or there is the local park, so you can enjoy exercising in natural surroundings. Enjoy running, power-walking, sports drills, and, many other activities to create stimulating and varied sessions.
:: Gym programmes - do you need a new programme to use at your health club? We can devise comprehensive routines, at a frequency to suit you, giving your gym visits a new lease of life. Also, we can work together to structure a regime, encompassing use of classes, pool and other areas of fitness.
:: Weight control - having trouble losing or gaining a few pounds? Let us give you the support and encouragement you need to be successful. Not only will we design an optimal fitness routine, but using daily food logs, we continually assess, monitor and goal-set with you. We do not advise following 'faddish' type diets. Instead, we prefer to make subtle changes that we have mutually agreed on.
:: Sports fitness - Taking into account your current schedule, we will devise a programme of exercise which ensures a balanced structure, with optimal recovery, and enhanced performance.
:: Injury rehabilitation - do you have on old injury that won't go away, or a recent condition that now needs some appropriate, directed exercise to enable you to return to normal functioning? We can help, and we have a network of associates in physiotherapy and osteopathy that we link closely with prior to devising a suitable programme of activity.
:: Pregnancy and post-baby fitness - maintain physical conditioning during your pregnancy or return gradually to peak condition following your six week post-natal check up.
:: Balance and co-ordination - not just important for seniors, balance and co-ordination training will make you a more efficient performer in activities of daily living and sports, and provides excellent conditioning for your core trunk muscles (tummy!).
