What is Pilates?
Pilates mat work is a total body conditioning workout with the stretching benefits of a yoga class, and the muscle toning benefits of a weights work out. It focuses on muscular harmony and balance, and will leave you refreshed and relaxed. Pilates is suitable for everyone whatever their age or fitness level. It is also ideally suited to pre and post natal women.
