  • At Personal Space, we look at the human body as a system, a whole person, not just an exercising body.

  • We look at issues other than exercise, that impact a person's wellness, including diet, lifestyle, daily physical activity and stress levels; all this allows us to formulate a programme of exercise tailored specifically to you.

  • We provide a spacious, friendly and non-intimidating environment.

* Please note: There will never be more than 3 people (including yourself) exercising in the studio at any one time (6 people in the studio including their trainers). We will aim to do our best in ensuring that those who want more privacy can be accommodated as best possible, however, please note that this is not always guaranteed, especially in peak times.

A few words from the owners:

“Health and wellbeing comes in all forms, shapes and sizes. The meaning of the word "health" varies from individual to individual.

Healthy doesn't necessarily mean that you are a marathon runner, or that you lift weights 5 days a week. Sometimes ‘healthy’ means you're eating well, walking instead of running, and taking care of your mental wellbeing by reading a book, instead of beating yourself up because you ate, yet another pain au chocolat.

Here at PS, we encourage normality, we encourage slowing down and taking a deep breath. We live in a world where we are constantly told to keep going; everything is made quicker and faster for us so that we can do more, work more, stress more; let's take a deep breath and think "what does healthy mean to me?".
